WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

The sole purpose of this Whistleblowing Channel is to enable the reporting of any incident, circumstance, action or omission involving a member of the Hotel Termas de Jahuel & Spa team, helping uphold and protect ethics and integrity in all relationships and interactions with our company. This allows us to identify actions or omissions that may breach the policies, values and principles that define us. This includes violations of, or non-compliance with, laws, regulations, codes, rules, protocols, internal policies and ethical principles relating to the company’s activities.

All information provided through this channel will be CONFIDENCIAL  and  ANÓNIMAWe ask that anyone submitting a report provide truthful information and, whenever possible, do so promptly to support the investigation of each case.

Please note that reports submitted through this channel will not receive an immediate response, as the responsible committee will conduct a thorough and careful review to ensure that each report is handled appropriately.
